Get your price
Enter where you're going and when. Airport and station runs from our area have set prices; other journeys get an estimate straight away.
Send your booking
Add your details and send the request. We confirm your booking and fixed price by text or phone, usually within 15 minutes, day or night.
Travel
Before pick-up we send your driver's first name, licence number and the car's registration, as TfL requires. For airport collections we track your flight.

Questions people ask
How much is a minicab from Wembley to Heathrow?
£52 each way in a saloon from Wembley and Harrow postcodes (HA0, HA1, HA3, HA9, NW9, NW10). The price is fixed, includes the Heathrow drop-off charge, and is the same at night. An MPV is £64, and an 8-seater or executive car is £78.
Are your prices really fixed?
Yes. We agree a fixed price before every journey. It only changes if the journey changes, for example an extra stop, a different destination or waiting beyond the free time, and we tell you the new price before carrying on.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight. Free waiting at airports is 45 minutes from when your flight actually lands, and time at passport control and baggage reclaim counts towards it. After that, waiting is £5 per 15 minutes in a saloon, estate or MPV.
How do I pay?
By card or cash, with no card surcharge. Airport journeys, journeys between 22:00 and 06:00, journeys over £80 and Wembley event-day journeys are paid by card when we confirm your booking.
Can I cancel?
Local journeys are free to cancel more than 3 hours before pick-up. Airport journeys, journeys over 30 miles and MPV, 8-seater or executive bookings are free to cancel more than 24 hours before. See our cancellation table.
Do you have child seats and wheelchair-accessible vehicles?
Child or booster seats are £5 each; ask when you book. Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available on request. We never charge extra for a wheelchair user or an assistance dog.
Are you licensed?
Yes. Gulf Cars & Travel Ltd is licensed by Transport for London as a private hire operator, licence number 8255. Every driver holds a TfL private hire driver's licence, which requires an enhanced DBS check, and every vehicle is licensed and insured for private hire.
Can I get a car straight away?
Call 020 3369 3333 at any hour. If a driver is free, we'll tell you the price and how long they'll be before you book. Every journey must be booked through us: our drivers can't pick up passengers who flag them down.
